The custom e-Learning course development often involves proprietary company processes, products and procedures. Keeping this information confidential and secure is of paramount importance to TDX Global.

We follow stringent security, backup and disposal procedures to ensure proprietary information provided to TDX Global for course development is always protected and secure. Our data security policy includes remote regular offsite backup of data, continuous network monitoring, and strict requirements for cross-cut shredding of hard-copy documents and destruction of any unneeded media before disposal.

All TDX Global service contracts include ‘Confidentiality’ clauses specifically describing TDX Global’s obligation to safeguard confidential client information disclosed during the service engagement, this includes (but is not limited to) confidential information associated with client business strategy, employees, contractors, customers, product plans, technology, know-how, and other proprietary information.
